Visitor

Today we had a visitor in the chatroom - Dino stopped in.  Unfortunately it was at a time when I was away from the PC.   But he did post a couple of comments in the chatroom before it reset this evening.  Hopefully he will come back and visit us at a time when we are there.  

It has been a rather difficult week in the chatroom - on my front at least.  I have been extremely busy at work trying to close accounts and dealing with another insurance audit ( they never seem to end!) and now teaching 5 classes I have reach a point where my plate is FULL!   I haven't even included about the hour to hour and a half I have been spending at the gym 4 days a week.  But, hopefully after the next week or so I will be back in the chatroom as normal.

On the one hand, I'm OK with the big butts, and she's definitely got that Sir Mix-a-Lot action going on. So my bulbous nether regions scream: HIT IT!

On the other hand, there's no telling where that stuff's been by now. Someone who'd do it with K-Fed obviously has no standards at all, and she's no doubt got enough antibiotic-resistant diseases to occupy an entire lab full of CDC specialists. So my brain screams: DON'T HIT IT!

Therefore, it's one of those cases where it would depend on how drunk I was. Let's face it, enough Valu-Rite vodka, and I'd go gay with Ace. There are no moral compunctions that cannot be overwhelmed with sufficient quantities of cheap vodka.

Local News

I am sure most of you have probably heard about the two helicopters that crashed into each other on Friday.  All of the passengers on the copters died in the collision.  It was a very sad accident. 

Ace had a pic of the crash


Also, there were videos one from one copter who witnessed the crash and one from one of the crashed copters - I saw both.  In the one from the crashed helicopters you can actually hear the passengers scream.  It was awful and no I wont post it.  Just sad all the way around. 

Now the police want to charge the criminal with this crime as well -including the deaths of this accident.  Now, that I think is wrong.  This was an accident and not the fault of the criminal.  The pilots assumed the risk.

Now for the surreal story of the day - as I was going to starbucks I was listening to Talk Radio.  And it seems a local resident decided to have an exorcist done on their child.  A mother held down her child (the mother when the cops arrived to the scene was covered in BLOOD), the grandfather was held the child in a headlock and was performing the exorcism.  Keep in mind the child in question was 3 years old and this was the second time in a week that this child had an exorcism done!  When the police were called to the scene (because neighbors heard the screaming child) the police had to TASER the grandfather (he ended up dying at the hospital due to heart complications) later that day.

My thoughts on this simply are MY G-d what are these people doing!!!  And whose blood was all over the mother!  What a G-ddamned Travesty!

Today

Has been a relatively uneventful day.  This morning as soon as I brought the cat carrier out of the Garage and Cornelius saw it he BAILED...he ran upstairs because he hates the thing.  He thinks uh oh I must be sick and he ain't gonna get me in that thing.  Little did he know the carrier was for Curio! LOL

I took Curio to see his brother and at first..they didn't recognize each other. (Its been about 8 months since they were together) they were hissing at each other but after about an hour or two they started playing with each other!  It was so cute!

So, Curio spent about 3 hours with is brother then it was back home.  He really hates driving...he meowed the full time in the car (40 min there and another 40 min back home).  Though I did find a new toy I have to get for him - a laser pointer.  He went nuts over that thing!  That will provide hours of amusement for me when I tease him with the red laser dot! LOL

Well I was going to go and see Harry Potter again or Live Free and Die Hard but I was too late.  So instead I went and bought 1st season of South Park, 6th season of That 70 show and the 7th season of the West Wing.  The 6th season of That 70s show was the season I saw live, so that will be some nice memories.

Now, I have to do some chores around the house and tomorrow will be devoted to school!

New Heep Clip - Vineyard

What a surprise - we got a new clip today!

The girls in a vineyard enjoying a breathtakingly beautiful day!  What a picturesque view and the girls looked amazing in those sun dresses.   Then out of no where (LOL) a bottle of wine appeared!  I really enjoy the affection between Tasha and Dishka - almost like sisters!  What a great clip and a great ending too!

This is one of the reasons why I love blogs!

Blogs brought down Dan "Fake but accurate" Rather two years ago, during the last presidential election.

Blogs (such as Little Green Footballs and others) exposed the fact that Hezbullah and the AP were working together and that Reuters was using Doctored Photos - during last years war between Israel and Hezbullah.

Now we supposedly have a soldier who "confessed" to various crimes in Iraq - including grave desecration (Honestly I am not sure of all of the allegations - if he participated or just observed)!!  Is it true?  Who is this guy.  Well Ace of Spades and Hot Air is ALL OVER IT.  And it does not look kosher to me.  Ace's informant has already been terminated at TNR (The New Republic) and this is not over yet.

NEW Heep Clip - Simple Life Part 2

The Maid edition!

Yep, we get to see Tasha and Dishka clean for a day. They looked all cheerful in the beginning of the clip until they had to change into their new uniform. LOL  Some highlights - Dishka cleaning a glass with a toilet brush.  Dishka checking the remote to make sure it "worked" while Tasha was turning down a bed. That was funny.  Also taking the luggage upstairs that was good too.  It looked like it weighed a ton!  Very good music and I have to say the editing on these clips were extremely professional!  Bravo!  Can't wait for the next clip!

Whatta day!!!

I had to be up @ 4 am - to be at work @ 5 am!  I had to go to Sky Harbor Airport clear customs so I could get this tapestry rug for my boss.  I was supposed to come in early at work to do that before 8 am (since customs and US Airways storage opens @ 5 am)  but I ended up leaving around 9 am (so much for needing to be at work an almost two hours early!  Anyway, before I leave I got the message from Dishka (which was so cool).  I get back to the office around 10:45 an due to our monsoon our net was done until 12:30!  Now that truly sucked.  So its now about 2:45 work is finally over and now I am off to the gym. At least I already got my school work done for the evening!  Whew...what a day!

Dishka's Birthday Gift

Earlier this week Shawn and I sent Dishka a Birthday gift.  This morning I got a message from Dishka that she already received the gift.  I am very pleased that she got it ahead of time.  I sincerely hope she enjoys the gift.  For those who do not know, the gift was a bottle of wine and some candies.   And, I hope that she has an amazing Birthday on Saturday!
