This was the clip where I thought Yair made an appearance. Umm..does anyone notice that toward the end of the clip there is a quote from Johnny Depp spliced in? It was a quote from Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
Simple Life - The Original! - Clothing sales people.
This is the first one.

Searching for my sister's name LOL
Searcihing for my name.
Using the names of the girls clips like "Tasha I wanna hold your hand"
Then we get the more x-rated types of searches..like people searching for nude pictures of the girls. LOL That has quickly become one of the popular searches...no idea why! LOL
Anyway..its good for a laugh.

The result is no one has any freaking clue what's going on. My boss and I seem to have nearly identical symptons. But now we are both feeling better. It seems it might be an intestinal virus but no one is sure.
In the meantime, she wants me to see a surgeon, in the event my hernia ever requires surgery. Also she wants to see me in a week to see how I am feeling. If I still have any pain she will refer me to a specialist. FUN FUN!
That's about it....so now I will probably spend close to $1500.00 for freaking NOTHING! What a waste!

This is because I just got the results of my Cat Scan and they said I am healthy. They found the hernia. It is 5 cm and NOT the cause of my discomfort and pain. They said I do not have cancer. I do not have kidney or gall stones. I don't have any intestinal blockage. Basically anything that was remotely serious and going to require surgery has been ruled out. Now the problem is still trying to fucking identify just what the hell I do have!
I am fucking TIRED of having to take pain pills. I am tired of not sleeping well. I am tired of being in fear of running out of my pain pills and getting a spasm of pain. I am tired of just being in this state and not knowing how to fix it! I am tired of not being able to live my life the way I fucking want to...to go swimming....to not think about whatever action I might do that might cause me to have a spasm of pain go into my chest or my back! I AM ALSO nervous of having this fucking situation when I go to Israel! I am tired of spending money and not having it go to my vacation!
Basically I am pissed. Happy...relieved...but pissed nevertheless. I am tired of unanswered questions!

Now we have this "supposed" whitey comment coming from the Lamb of Chicago's wife.
Too many things...and actually just getting to the point where eveyrthing is just sort of burned out when it comes to politics. It just has been going on far too long. What sucks is that we still have about 5 months of this still to go! Just when things start getting good I will be in Israel...and honestly that will be a VERY much needed break.
Now I finally got my car back! WHOOO!!! Let's see how long it lasts this time!
I still have not gotten the results of my cat scan. This really pisses me off. My Dr should have had it over a day ago. I am totally going to hound them tomorrow because I need to know what the fuck is going on. Taking these drugs helps but its only temporary. I want to fix it permanently, before the trip!
Tomorrow I get to go shopping again! I went briefly today once I got the car...got The Deadliest Catch Season II!

By 6:45 am we were out the door. We got to the hospital very quickly - around 7:45 am. And I check in. It took them a while to get the order from my doctor but once that was done the process moved along quickly. They gave me this orange juice laced with iodine that I had to drink and then I had to wait an hour for it to go though my system (FUN I know!). Then about 45 min into that they started prepping me! This is where the game gets really fun and amusing.
This process consisted of getting me set up for an IV. I know, no big deal...except that the nurse was rather impatient so she stuck me in my left arm and said that the needle wouldn't go all the way to the vein..so she pulls it out. And tries my right arm, no go. I started flinching once she started moving the needle INSIDE my arm...like she was fucking drilling for oil. After a couple of minutes - no go. So she tells me that she has found a good vein in my wrist. I told her I would rather NOT go through my wrist...the pain is just worse that way, and would only do it at a last resort...and after her basically tying my arm in and trying to poke and prod she said...that she believes it would be the last case. I give in. So she sets up the wrist for my IV on my left hand and BINGO, its there. She flushes it and they take me to the room with the huge machine. And now the technician decides she wants to reflush my IV. Problem again! It seems like between the walk from the lab room to the scanning room my IV collapsed! I had a feeling because as we were talking I felt a tinge of pain from my arm, like a pinch. Well lucky me...they now tap my wrist on my other arm (this means 4 freaking shots in one damn hour!) But this time it works! I get the scan done in about 30 min...she verifies that she is able to read all the info and that was that!
Here is where the adventure starts to get fun, boys and girls! At about 10:30 am I am basically done. Though with all the bandages they wrap on my arms my sisters jokes that I look like a cutter who tried to off himself. LOL I tell her....that I am feeling weak...and that she will need to drive us home to her house. No problem! We get to my car....and she pulls out into the parking lot...and puts the car in park to adjust the seat...and then puts the car back in Drive...and SNAP....the car stays in park despite the fact the transmission bar says the car is in Drive! FUCKIN'A! My car is broken...Here I am light headed and woozy....I immediately call my phone company (I have road side assistance with them). My sister starts directing traffic and hospital security assists us with what they can. My sister feels awful she felt she broke the car (she didn't). This had sort of happened before...and I blogged about it before when I had the last rental. I give my sister the number to the car dealer place and they immediately send a tow truck to take the car. My brother in law is in route to pick us up. I am in pain and even at this point the percocet is NOT helping...plus I had not eaten at all. LOL Can you just say fun times! LOL. By 11:15 the tow truck guy is finally there. He has the car ready to go by about 11:40. My brother in law is there by almost noon. I am at Berge Ford around 12:30pm and they immediately set me up with a rental. a 2008 Edge SUV a HUGE fucking car! Very nice...very comfortable...and it's only costing me about 10.00 a day! LOL Around 1 I finally get something to eat...and then I come back to my sister's place and crash on their couch until about 3 pm.
I wanted to get to work...I would have gotten there if it wasn't for the car issues. At least they got taken care of easily...the worst aspect was the amount of time it took to deal with it.
I finally got to my house almost at 5 pm. By this time the dealership called, they said that they will pay for everything, no deductible. My car should be fixed by tomorrow afternoon he said. We shall see!
So, that has been my day. Very fun and interesting! And not a boring moment!

First - I get to sleep in! YAY!!! that's always a good thing, I think! LOL
But then I have to go to Scottsdale, AZ for my cat scan! BOOOOOO. Well, nothing I can do, it has to be done!
I already know this is going to cost me at least $200 dollars...why do I know this...easy the Hospital fucking called me today and they told me I would have a $100 co-pay (I knew this already!) But on top of this they said that there was going to be my deductible I was going to have to deal with and this was going to tap into that...so they said will I be able to pay additonal on top of the copay at my intial visit. I was like WTF is this...a Hospital trying to make a fucking collection call before they even see me!!! I was ticked...its not like I don't have the money or the credit cards to cover the payment. Damn! So, I told her that I would pay an additional hundred now but that I would need to know what the entire amount was going to be after Humana paid their share. Hell it's not fucking enough that I have to pay 15.00 in gas (with gas being over $4 a gallon) to get there and get home.
On the bright side, I called my sister and she is going to meet me there in case there are any issues. Since I have been told that I might react to the meds and chemicals they are going to be putting into me.

Wish me luck!

Ace has this:
Obama's Birth Certificate Rumors
Jim Geraghty at Campaign Spot says that Obama could kill some rumors by releasing his birth certificate. He's thinking of three rumors in particular: (1) whether Obama was really born in Kenya; (2) whether Obama middle name is not "Hussein", but is instead "Muhammad"; and (3) that his birth name is "Barry" rather than "Barack." Click over to read the whole thing, which is laid out in much more detail.
I hadn't actually heard any of those rumors before and they certainly wouldn't be the first thing I looked for if I had the chance to look at Obama's birth certificate. The first thing I would use the birth certificate to debunk is the nagging rumor of Obama's religion at birth. I don't know about Hawaiian birth certificates, but mine from Texas has spaces for religion of the parents and child. A glimpse of Obama's form should end the ridiculous rumor that he's a secret Muslim, shouldn't it?
