Funny thing about names . . .
Last week, I talked about the name I should have been born with and my actual name. (David and Robert). Well here is a funny story.
My sister's first husband was named David. He was a really good guy...I helped him get a job at Earthlink. It was his dream job. It was sort of funny he was the computer geek to end all computer geeks but I got the job first at Earthlink LOL. Whenever I had a computer problem, I would call him LOL. He would come over and fix my PC. When he would buy new stuff for his PC he would give me his older stuff LOL. I was really glad when I helped him get hired into Earthlink. On his way home from Earthlink, he was in a car accident and passed away in July 2001 (2001 was a very hard year for my family). The next day at work everyone kept giving me their condolences...and I was like what is going on. My boss and his boss told me about David's death. I totally didnt believe them. I called my mom and told her and she was finally able to get ahold of his parents. I was the one to tell my sister that her husband passed away. My sister called me a liar (and many worse things).
When my sister met her new husband, his name is Rob (actually its Robert). When they were preparing for the wedding the preacher was going to use his full name and my sister said uh no. And the minister insisted. He did until my sister said..no Robert is my brother, my husband is Rob. The minister agreed LOL.

Yeah, it was sad. He was a good guy. I felt really guilty after he died because I helped him get a job there. But it was his "dream job" He really loved working there. G-d trying to remember that day that...when he passed...everyone at Earthlink seemed to know he died...but me. That was such a surreal day.
