Well actually what a weekend. 

I had nice plans...I really did..but they all got shot to hell! LOL

I was supposed to work on my classes, go see Elizabeth the Golden Age, burn some movies (Shawn - Beaufort was one of them).  But, all of that was killed when my sister called me on Saturday morning.  She has been ill recently and on Friday the doctors gave her an antibiotic booster shot..and she didn't react well with it.  So much so that on Saturday morning she called me to take her to Urgent Care.  To give you a hint of the distance involved, LOL, I live about an hour from her.  Rob (her husband) was at the Phoenix zoo with the kids when this happened.  (roughly 45 min to an hour a way).

So, by the time I call her...Rob is already on his way back home..the kids still at the zoo LOL...and my sister wants me to be at the house in case they call..since Rob has to get back over to the zoo to get them (Nikki was working on a school project so she had to be there).

This happened around 10:30 am.  I get to my sisters around noon.  I end up being there until about 3 pm, she gets home and goes to sleep, Rob ends up picking up the kids..my sister just did not want to be alone while Rob is gone.  So I stay.  Rob comes back about 3 pm.  I get my car washed (YAY one thing done that I needed to do) I get back to my sister's and I take Justin (my nephew) to my place so they will have a quiet house while my sister tries to recuperate. 

Justin is here..and I am spending money as I always do when the kids are there...and he is enjoying watching South Park Season II.  I work on some home work but don't get half of what I wanted done...its about 9 pm and I am beat..and so I crash! LOL

Sunday I wake up and take Justin for breakfast...he was up most of the night watching the entire season of South Park! LOL I put him to work with some choirs around the house and I do torture him a bit by making him watch  A Good Year (which ironically enough - he actually liked the movie!) - It's a very good movie I highly recommend it!  I get back to school work - setting up my new classes, finishing grading finals and recording grades....and by the time 3 pm rolls around - I take him back home.

My sister is doing better - she ran some errands and actually felt up to cooking and invited me to dinner.  I couldn't stay..more papers to grade LOL.  So I head back to Laveen.  Get back home an hour later - eat a bit of dinner. (I guess you could call it dinner, I ended up skipping lunch - I tend to do that when I have lots of work to do).  Check my football poll (I am about to get into first place YEAH BABY!!!!  and about 11:45 I finish my last paper and my last feedback.

This was an uncommon time because technically tonite I worked on 8 classes - 2 ending, 2 new start ups and 4 already deep in process.  MAN! This is the second week I had to postpone seeing that movie (Elizabeth the Golden Age).  Next week I better see it! LOL.

This is why I haven't been around guys.  I should have the quiz uploaded by tomrorow since I get to work half day - SINCE I have having a home inspector show up to inspect the house because it is almost at a 1 year move in..and most of the warranties expire.  So yeah warranty I get half day off of work and no gym tomorrow!
