Correction: Greta Van Spinmeister is pointing out that Spitzer is not under indictment at the moment. The paper being read naming him is a criminal complaint -- but not yet an indictment.

Actually... He was caught on a federal wiretap arranging for a hooker, according to a British paper.

But that's a wiretap via a warrant, of course.
