Well...that answer pretty much has been answered. They are safe.
Their classes are cancelled...so they are no where near the war zone. All of our friends there are safe.
This is the first time I have seen this search and it's interesting since Omri and I talked about this a few days ago. Anyway, everyone is safe - just read Tasha's comment that she posted at the beginning of the year. They might have a new clip coming soon!

But he mentioned about that attack in Denmark where the arab shot a Jew. Yair said he is friends with the victim. He said the person was not seriously wounded and will be going back to Israel once more stable.

As a general rule we will try and keep operational details to a minimum, that includes troop movements and the exact location of rocket hits. If items are reported in the Main Stream Israeli Media we will report them as well.
8:24 PM Breaking News: Nissim Keinan, reporter for Reshet Bet, Israel Channel B Radio announced that the IDF Ground Offensive into Gaza has commenced. Sending a prayer and good wishes to our IDF forces -- much success and safety.
May G-d protect those brave souls entering Gaza.

Well no matter the result it will be interesting to see how this plays out in Israel's general elections....because it is in Barak's hands to lose at this point. If the war is deemed a success then he will be the next PM...if it turns sour it will be a landslide for Bibi.

Here is the thing with these type of movies (like Titanic) we already know the ending walking into the flick - so instead I am paying attention to other details like the costums, mannerisms.
The running joke with Titanic is that the movie lasted longer than the actual boat sinking. But that premise does not work with this movie - they cut out some important aspects like Rommel's possible involvement for the sake of other facts and involvements of other characters.
In conclusion, it was a good movie - and I will probably buy it on DVD BUT, you might want to rent it first to see if you like it before you just go out and buy it.

This is from the Muqata:
With Hamas Rocket ranges now reaching 60 kilometers (as reported here at the Muqata, from Israel Radio), the IDF Homefront command has started preparing for the eventuality that Hamas rockets will reach the Tel Aviv area. Also included is the Beit Shemesh area, Modi'in, Ramla, Lod, Bnei Brak, Rechovot, Holon, Givaatayim, Petach Tikva...
Updated map coming soon.
What does this mean? Well...basically that most of where were....while on vacation is potentially a target that can be reached by rockets from Gaza. This is a major escalation in the war. (We landed in Lod - we lived in Tel Aviv...the Fed ex facility I was at was in Petach Tikva. We drove by Modin, Ramle and Holon). If Hamas can reach these targets they can basically reach Jerusalem as well.
_____
