Yo Peeps

It is another slow day at work....which is good for a monday!

I have most of everything done...it's good to start a Monday so caught up!   And getting the necessary things done so early in the morning so I can catch up on some other issues.

Now that the near lawsuit against Nova Roma is resolved I can refocus on the aliyah.  Basically what happened was that I was tossed out of the Board of Directors/Senate list, illegally.  I decided it was total bullshit so instead of going through NR's administrative resolution process I decided to fuck it and us a system that had TEETH, thus I consulted my attorney to send NR a demand letter demanding an apology and immediate reinstatement.  After an initial rejection I said thank you consider yourself sued.  Spoke to my attorney and we began research on filing a lawsuit against the corporation AND INDIVIDUAL BOARD MEMBERS.  At that point NR realized, oh shit - he is serious, and well the Censors decided to diffuse the crises by reinstating me. So, here I am back in the Board of Directors of Nova Roma.

Now that issue is behind me, I can refocus on the aliyah.  I have to contact the cemetary where my grandmother will be buried get some documentation about that and proof that the cemetary only accepts Jews and then I can fax that to the Jewish Agency - and then they will be able to give me their approval and Tikva number (I believe that is what it is called).  Then I can move forward with Nefesh B'Nefish.

I am hoping that by the end of this month I might be able to put the house up for sale.  I wanted to do it by the end of last month but it was just impossible.  And the market absolutely SUCKS donkey balls to sell a house in this market, but I am hoping by December or so the market might start to recover.  I expect it will take a good 6-9 months to sell the house - in the mean time I will just go on with my plans - pay off the credit cards - pay off the car as much as I can....and get more boxes and crap for moving.  I think as I do it all slowly...I can get it all done.   I know I will need a HUGE amount of power converters for Israel....like at least 10-15 of them.

Well that is my life for now.  Things are moving slowly.  The other main thing is making sure I keep a US phone number for my students.  Then I can keep the teaching job - since it is a requirement.

In April I am totally dumping T-Mobile - after that 2 thousand dollar phone bill during the Vacation to Israel...there is NO WAY IN HELL I will be staying with them.  Fuck that!   And, I do not really want to get involved in a major contract - so who knows what will happen at this point.
