Today is the anniversary of D-Day.  Many websites will have memorials for those who fought and gave the highest sacrifice.  All I can say is that everyone who has ever served is a true hero. 

Tonight, in remembrance of their sacrifice I will be watching Band of Brothers.  That series is one of the best series to deal with World War II soldiers.  I highly recommend it for its realism and its accuracy.  It is the story of the Easy Company as they trained to become paratroopers.  They fought in D-Day, Market Garden, the Battle of the Bulge, and Germany -taking Eagle's Nest.
