Good thing is
I know my desire to move to Israel is NOT a whim. I am sure some individuals might have thought that. With rationale cause. But, now that situations have changed...and yes I will still use the letter of recommendation I got...I am still absolutely convinced that I do want to move to Israel. Reading the Israeli blogs and hearing their aliyah stories (much more difficult than mine) makes the challenge, changes and the end result much very desirable.
I don't know if it is the idea of starting over. That sounds almost intimidating, but I know I can do it. Starting over in a place that I have a connection with...a connection with fellow Jews, even though I am not sure entirely feel that connection - but the risk and the happiness is absolutely worth it.
