Usually my Sunday's are focused on grading papers.  Which I did, one two of my classes ended last night (now I have finals to grade).  Over the next couple of weeks 2 more of my classes will end - however I need to get back on track.

So, this Sunday was a bit different from my norm.  See, I told my sister about my escrow overage check.   So, on Sunday her and my bro-in-law showed up at my house.  She told me that we were going to make a list of things that I need/want to get for the house so I can start decorating it (Yes my house is rather Spartan when it comes to decorations).  Within an hour we had a pretty good list:

3 Ceiling Fans
Home Theater system - with DVD player
2 End Tables
New Dining Room Table with Chairs
Love seat or Lazy Boy
More Lamps
Entertainment unit or Shelving for the DVD and cable boxes in the living Room
2 hoses (front and back yard).
My sister also wants to decorate part of the house LOL  All she said is that I can trust her.

Man I hope this does not cost more than 2 grand! LOL

This is what really cinches everything up nicely.  They will install everything and that will be their Xmas gift to me.  This way they can get me something I need and they don't need to spend any money.  A WIN WIN!

Once they left I went back to grading papers.
