Part two of the girls vacation trip was posted on Heep this morning.  We now know their first excursion took them to Bangkok, Thailand!  Looks like the girls had a great time there, exploring the cites, meeting the locals, exposed to wierd foods and drinking. A Perfect Vacation!

Today's, post will be about the infamous bar clip.  To be completely honest, I wasn't sure if I should - but I decided that I should.

This clip was probably the most difficult clip to watch for a number of reasons.  When I first saw this clip I was shocked.  It was unlike any other clip the girls posted (or that I had seen up to that point).  Now before you think that I am some kind of prude or something, let me make it clear -I am not.  All one would need to do is to see my resume (yes, I owned an adult business for about 4 years) and one of my best friends produces movies (including but not exclusively porn movies).  So, when it comes to being shocked, I rarely am.  However, I was in this situation because it was unlike their other 200+ clips.  Sure smack my bitch up had drinking, no biggie.  They had the beer is good clip...and I laughed and enjoyed it.  There were other bar clips as well (keves comes to mind).  But back to the clip, yes it was shocking when I first saw this clip.  When I first saw the clip I looked at it more as an embarrassment.  When I was younger I knew people who used to get drunk so much they could not find their car - let alone walk to their car.  The thought that they were actually drunk, could not find their car and once they did, drove it in...made me wince.  Next, the fact that this clip was posted gave me an additional concern because once this clip was on the net, there is no telling how it will affect their futures.  As a professor, I tell all of my students to not post anything on the net unless they would be willing to say their contents face to face because there is no such thing as anonymity on the intertubes.  Tasha and Dishka are young, intelligent and talented and I hope that the clip does not have any adverse affect, in their future.   Ultimately, I voiced my concern to Tasha.  She stated they were acting - and I totally believe her. 

In the end, I remember what it was like to be in my early twenties and going to bars and having a good time with friends and co-workers.  And, as I told others in the chatroom, this is probably a better glimpse into their lives than all of their other clips.  And, I can appreciate that aspect.   Though, the degree of the acting still makes the clip hard to watch.  I can say that this is probably the one clip I have viewed the least of all Tasha's clips.

Today is Tuesday - and we all know what that means - NEW HEEP CLIPS!

The first one was posted on Dishka's Heep account.  In this clip she sings to a IPOD!  What a wonderful voice even when she was joking around in part of the clip.  Now, is it me or does she not have the most wonderful eyebrows - they are just so expressive and compliment her attitude and expressions!  My only question now is what was the name of the song she was singing too?

Next is a Tasha and Dishka clip!  Now on the first one it's clear they filmed it in Tasha's bedroom.  This one, I am thinking, they filmed it while on vacation.  Dan and I discussed it - Dan thinks it was in Tasha's room as well.  I don't.  The room just looks too spartan.  What do you think?  Was it Tasha's room?

Browsing the news on Ynetnews.com and is it me or are Israeli politicans just open when it comes to bribery and corruption.  Sure its just as bad here...with William Jefferson Clinton (oops my bad) about to be tried for having money stashed in his freezer.  But in the past couple of months this is the second MK that I have read about being caught with his hand in the cookie jar.  The other guy was that Arab MK who left the country because he is suspected of aiding the terrorists in last year's war.  What kind of political party is Shas?  Very interesting, to say the least.

Well the chatroom still is not working.  This sucks!  Now I am just bored at work....But at least some of us have yahoo, MSN or some other means to chat while the chatroom is on the fritz.  No ETA from youtube as to when it will be up and running.

Steve has posted 10 Heep clips so far on youtube.  Dan posted one clip on Live something...I dont remember..the information is on my work PC. 

Is it me or is the quality of the clips better on Heep (well actually its better just has a flash file).  But seriously, the quality of the clips are better on Heep's viewer than on youtube's.

Also, the titles of the Heep clips are approximate.  My knowledge of Hebrew is damn near non-existant.  Most of the titles were chosen based on the actions of the clip and Shawn made the original database.  Any corrections would be very appreciated!

Anyway back to the important thing...today will be a twofer.

One of our ongoing discussions about the clips centered around posting them on youtube.  I always tried to dissuade people from doing that because they should ask Tasha and the last thing we want to do was to upset them, Heep or any other interested party.  So, Steve asked Tasha and she said YES!  So he has started posting Heep clips directly to youtube.  Here is the first one so far!

THIS IS the JAM!!!!   I remember working at EarthLink and listening to this Canadian Dance Station on the Net...This song was playing..and its just awesome - great beat and groove!  It just makes you want to move!

The latin rhytm and beats..GREAT song..I remember going out in Riverside and listening to this song on the Radio during the Mixings that went on Friday and Saturday Nights.  Nice memories!  Up until last year I had no clue there was a video!

The clip says that this song was in 1996 - I think its earlier.  I remember going to parties when I was in college listening to this song.  hehe....those were good times....From what I can recall LOL!

This was the first song I can clearly recall listening from a streaming radio station on the net - again this was the Canadian radio station that broadcasted near Buffalo, NY.  This was back about 1995/96!  Now Granted I have been online alot longer than that (Yeah I remember Compuserve, PC Link, Prodigy and bbsing) even before HTML was out and most grapics were in ANSI.

Today, I was told by my boss that next year I will have no problem taking the time off to spend two weeks in ISRAEL!!!! WHOOOOOOOOO!!!!  So now I am beginning to plan my itinerary and passport and officially planning my vacation!!!! Which should happen in about 12-13 months!!!

Does anyone have any personal recommendations as to places I must see?

1 I'll go through all my pictures and tour guide info and give you recommendations. Things that automatically come to mind: Jerusalem on the Sabbath (duh) and also just LOTS to see in Jerusalem, Jericho (but I think you told me it's closed now), Masada, the Dead Sea, King Solomon's mines, Tiberias & the Sea of Galilee. Of course the Holocaust memorial. Somewhere there's a guy who did a whole model city of Jerusalem during the time of Herod's temple or David's temple, one of the two. The model city is way cool. There's a ton more, I don't know if you're interested in the sites of Christian import.

Well from what I understand Jericho is in the West Bank and I don't know how hospitable it would be to visit.

Honestly I am interested in visting as much as I can. I want to see everything but I know it's not going to be possible. But everything on your list is now on mine.

The concept of being a citizen in the United States still exists (for now!).  The POS Comprehensive Immigration Reform Act of 2007 has been WITHDRAWN!!!! YEAH!!!!!  WHOOOOO!!!! Now, ENFORCE THE FUCKING BORDER and then....promulgate some kind of reasonable amensty....but ENFORCE THE  BORDER FIRST!

Now its time to have a glass of wine in celebration to being a citizen!

Maybe this will mean the end of the "Maverick" as a force in politics.  G-d knows his chance to become President is so dead the body has already turned to dust!

WHOOO another new clip from Tasha and Dishka!  Here is the link!

This one is about them leaving on their vacation!  It was an excellent clip showing them packing, a final gathering of friends and family and ultimately leaving.  It almost looks like they went backpacking instead of a full blown hotel based vacation.   Who knows maybe they did.   This was a very nice clip..and I enjoyed watching it. 

Now unto a different topic, its hard to believe that so few people on Heep actually comment let alone click the thumbs down on the girls clips.  It's almost shocking to me. 

Enjoy the new clip everyone! Enjoy the girls waving goodbye to the camera and to all of us!

UPDATE:  My favorite part of the clip is 2:00 min into the clip.  Tasha is twirling her finger in her hair and says oopsie.  What can you say but adorable?
