This is the final vacation clip and I have to say it was really cute. It looks like they were eager to get back home. The clip had a twinge of bittersweet too as Dishka was picking up her luggage back in Israel. I am almost sad to see the series go, it was wonderful. I think my favorite part was part 1.

I have been searching for plane tickets and I think I found it! Now if I could just get my passport hehehe I could then pay for my tickets today! LOL Oh well!
I also found some interesting tours - must check those out too.
This one I am definitely going to do: Masada, En Gedi and the Dead Sea for only $67.00 - and its a 24 hour expedition.
Drive via latrun, Shaar Hagai (Jerusalem), Ma'aleh Adumim and the Inn of the Good Samaritan in the Judean Desert, to visit Massada (fortress of King Herod and last stronghold of the Zealots). Enjoy the Ein Gedi Spa and a dip in the Dead Sea, the lowest place on earth (1,200 ft below sea level). Back to the point of departure. Note: Comfortable shoes and head covering are recommended. Bring along a swimsuit and a towel. Ascent/descent of Massada by cablecar.
I am also thinking of this one: Caesarea, Acre and Rosh Haikera for about $78.00
Drive via the coastal highway to Caesarea to visit the Roman and Crusader
ruins. On through Haifa to enjoy a panoramic view of Haifa Bay. Continue
via Nahariya to Rosh Hanikra to see the Lebanese border and visit the Grottos. Return along the coast of the Mediterranean to Acre to visit the
Crusader underground city and the Crypt. Walk through the old city to see the Oriental Market, the Arab Mosque and the Old Port Return to the point of departure.

His analysis on Israel affairs is absolutely first rate. What I blog usually comes from a few sources and he is one of the major sources of information! And, he was the one that got me to start messaging Tasha on youtube because of his Tasha and Dishka Friday's!
Welcome back Omri!

And I learned a new trick, depending on the type of DVD burner if it is a LightScribe DVD burner and you have lightscribe types of DVDs you can do this:
Lightscribe(also known as Light Scribe) is the latest technology in labeling discs. Monochromatic text and graphics can be etched on to the surface of the CD or DVD. A Lightscribe capable burner and a Lightscribe DVD+R / CD-R will be needed to achieve the special effects.
A Lightscribe DVD or CD will chemically react to the same laser device that is used to burn your data in a recordable media. The results are often a nostalgic, yet highly professional DVD or CD. It's a safe and non-toxic procedure that results in beautiful and lasting covers for your DVD and CDs. Forget using adhesives labels and rushed scribbles with a marker, Lightscribe media will make sure your DVD makes a lasting impression.
HOW COOL IS THAT!

GAZA CITY, Gaza Strip — Saraa Barhoum picked at the buttons on her pink bellbottom jeans as she twisted on a chair inside the bustling new Hamas television headquarters. The afternoon light bounced off the sparkly outlines of butterflies on her frilly top, and a colorful hijab framed her 11-year-old face.
Saraa wants to be a doctor. If she can’t, the young star of Hamas television’s best-known children’s show said, she’d be proud to become a martyr. Saraa says little Jewish girls should be forced from their homes in Israel so that Palestinians can return to their land.
With the show’s producer helpfully offering written tips during an interview, Saraa didn’t get into how she hopes to die for her cause, be it suicide bombing, fighting the Israeli military or some other way. She carefully sidestepped any suggestion that she’s subtly calling for the destruction of Israel .
“Israel says that we are terrorists,†Saraa said minutes before an interview with her was interrupted by an errant Israeli airstrike that slammed into an apartment building on the adjacent block. “But they are the ones that must stop their attacks against us and our kids.â€
Saraa is the sweet face of “Tomorrow’s Pioneers,†a weekly, hour-long Hamas television children’s show best known for bringing the world a militant Mickey Mouse look-alike and then having him killed off by an Israeli interrogator. ...
“A lot of people in Palestine have died as martyrs, and lots of Palestinians hope to be martyrs,†Saraa said of Farfour’s demise. “This is one of the ends.â€
Asked if she hoped one day to be a martyr, Saraa instinctively nodded her head. “Of course,†Saraa said. “It’s something to be proud of. Every Palestinian citizen hopes to be a martyr.â€
Saraa helps deliver similar messages to Palestinian children from a Hamas TV set filled with colorful numbers and pictures of kittens. During the show, Saraa fields calls from Palestinian children who warble songs about Islam, liberating Jerusalem and finding answers in the barrel of a machine gun.

My father's side of the family is not Jewish. They are essentially Heinz 57 (they probably have a blending if just about every nationality) Because he was not sure of his background. So, I just considered his background as a typical Okie.
My father's side of the family - I honestly do not know very much. My father (Jim Clayton Woolwine) was born in Oklahoma (Shawnee, OK). His mother was Neva and his father I believe was named Jim, as well (though I am not sure). His Father was in the merchant marine and when Neva found out that he had a woman in every port that basically ended their relationship (so I have been told) but she wasn't very stable either (she was an alcoholic). Neva did not raise my father, Neva's mother did. My father considered his grandmother to be his mother. When he introduced my mom to his family he called Golda (his grandmother) mom. My mother told me that when she finally met Neva, my father was very embarrassed and did not want the two to met. Neva died before I was born I believe around 1968 or 1969.
Grandma Murray (Golda) I remember somewhat. I still have her bible and when I open it it still smells like her and her cat LOL. What I remember of her is her being TOTALLY Evangelical. That is where I think that side of the family gets it from. She would be very upset with me if she was still alive because I am not a Christian and that I am Jewish. She was that type of person. I also remember going into her house when I was a kid and she stored bacon fat in the kitchen. LOL Funny memories. I remember picking her up to go to church every sunday and after church the family would go out to lunch or we would pick up lunch and take it to the house and she would make our plates and talk about the sermon. In 1982, she went into the hospital for cataract surgery and while she was recovering she had a heart attack and passed away. I remember that as well because the principal at my sister's and my school pulled us from class and drove us home.
I never knew any of my grandfathers. They passed away before I was born. I knew that Golda's husband was a moonshiner back in Oklahoma but when they moved to California they owned a gas station in Whittier, California.
My fathers side of the family continuously did a full court press in trying to convert my mother and her side of the family to Christianity. My mom did convert (before I was born) and when she passed away in November we made sure that she had a cross on her burial stone (as she wanted). My grandmother (on my mom's side) she was always polite but they never got anywhere with her.
When I told my father's side of the family that I was going to enroll at California Baptist College - to obtain my Bachelors Degree, they were against it. They felt that the college was going to try to convert me and take me away from the "True Path of Christianity" - though at the time I was not going to church at all. At the time I was not religious to the point that I was very disenchanted with the Church of Christ (but thats for another post).
My father's sister (who actually is his aunt) is still alive and she looks just like Golda. The last time I saw them (her, her husband and their children) was when my mother passed away. I know my sister has been in contact with them about once a year but there is very little in common, unfortunately. Their lives evolve around Church - that is what they do for a living (Jack - Nancy's husband) is retired military and a church elder and Lonnie (their son in law) is a preacher.
Anyway, that is about all I know of my father's side of the family. I will make a post about my dad - but it will be a shocker - just a warning a head of time.

Dan's major issue is that he said there was not enough on the Lost in Hazan clip to keep him interested - as opposed to the Hey Clip. Now dont get me wrong - I like the Hey Clip - its one of my favorites but its a FUN clip - and it simply cannot really be compared to Lost in Hazan.
I told him - Lost in Hazan is more emotional and powerful. The use of music and sceneary is quite powerful and is a perfect match with the girls and Boaz. Dan and PSI disagreed and gave Lost in Hazan 7/10 (Thats a C folks! - in graduate school that's NOT passing!)
So, what is everyone's opinion? Is Dan and PSI right? or do you have a different opinion?
UPDATE: Dan wanted me to add this - Dan said that She (Tasha) should have showed some leg - that's all he is saying.

For my home I bought a new Sony DVD Burner RW - so not only does it write it re-writes! Back to burning files and such!
I guess I should upload some pictures to my flickr account. I just haven't had much time - though I have taken more pics of the bums (the cats for those that don't know) LOL.
Tomorrow I am going to buy ceiling fans for my living room, office and bedroom. One of the welders at the shop will probably end up installing them.
Hopefully in the next month I will be able to find out the cost of those tickets to the Van Halen Reunion tour!!! I am so going to be there! The Bob Dylan concert that I wanted to go to was in Tucson and there was no way in hell I was going to drive 4 hours to Tucson - see the concert - and then drive 4 hours back - on a week day no less! I hope the tickets would be less than the Police Reunion tour - those tickets (decent tickets) were about $500.00!

Also, today I mailed to the county of Los Angeles a request to get an official copy of my birth certificate. So, I can apply for my passport. And I learned one good thing about being born in California - the fee was only $17.00. My secretary is getting her Birth certificate in Michigan and they charge $46.00! What a rip! LOL
I guess this would be a good time to start talking about my family's history (at least that of which I know).

Cornelius is the big boy. Very large and long about 16-17 lbs total about 7 years old and also quite active.
Curio always attacks Cornelius - think of the animal channel hunting and escaping where a lion stalks its prey. That's Curio. He stalks Cornelius and pounces on him. This always happens. Cornelius gets pissed and runs away. Well today, I am watching the history channel and in front of the TV Curio starts attacking Cornelius. This time Cornelius stands his ground and totally kicks Curio's ass! It was so funny. Cornelius breaks free after pounding Curio for about a couple of minutes and then struts - yes he was strutting showing off how he pounded Curio's ass. They end up running up stairs and after about a minute Curio is just meowing as he is coming down...its like he is pissed off that he lost. It was so cute and funny at the same time.
Right now, Curio is gathering up his pride and when Cornelius comes down for his food or water...Curio will pounce again. Funny stuff!

It seems that the UN's website has been hacked by people who are anti American and Anti Israel! You know what - its almost like it was being ran normally. The UN is Anti American and Anti-Israeli!
The official website of the United Nations got hacked Sunday night, and was displaying a message protesting US and Israeli policies in the Middle East.
Some sections of the site, including those reserved to statements by Secretary General Ban Ki-moon, showed a message, repeated several times, that read: showed a message, repeated several times, that read: "Hacked By kerem125 M0sted and Gsy That is CyberProtest Hey Ysrail and Usa dont kill children and other people Peace for ever No war."
Interesting, it seems the hackers are Turkish and Arabic. How interesting is that? All I can say is Heart-Ache!
And I just had another thought given the UN's Anti-American and Anti-Israeli bias how in the hell did they discover their site was hacked in the first place?

Staffers at Black Pine Animal Park say Peaches, an 8-year-old Moluccan cockatoo, spent the first several years of her life as a house pet, where she picked up a vocabulary that can be as colorful as her feathers.
That was on display recently when a volunteer construction worker pouring concrete outside a chimpanzee enclosure yelled out began cussing after the chimp threw some feces at him, said Jessica Price, senior zookeeper at the sanctuary about 30 miles north of Fort Wayne.
The commotion caught the attention of Peaches in a nearby cage.
"She started laughing and carrying on," Price said.
Peaches then strayed from her normal vocabulary of "Hi, Peaches" and "Hi, pretty girl," reverting to a few of her old favorites.
"Go away, shut up, shut your blankety-blank mouth," Price said. "She says a lot of very bad words."
